For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability. For smaller events, 2-3 months notice is typically sufficient. However, we sometimes can accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our schedule, so don't hesitate to inquire about your specific date.

We typically require a 70% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due a week before the event. For larger events, we can arrange a payment plan. We accept bank transfers, mobile money, and cash payments.

Yes! We offer a complimentary initial consultation (in person or virtual) to discuss your event needs, share ideas, and determine if we're the right fit for your vision. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and get to know each other before making any commitments.

We primarily serve Accra and surrounding areas, but we also travel throughout Ghana for events. For destination events outside Ghana, travel fees apply. Please contact us with your specific location to discuss options.

Our training programs combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice. Programs run for 4-8 weeks depending on the topic, with both in-person workshops and online modules. Each program includes materials, personalized feedback, and a certificate upon completion. Group sizes are kept small to ensure quality instruction.
